You can be sure of a warm welcome when you arrive at the farm via the drive that runs alongside the babbling River Egg, from which the farm gets its name. The surrounding woodland contains a number of rare species of plants and wildlife.

Eggworthy is open all year round except for a couple of weeks at Christmas. So visitors are able to experience the beautiful seasonal moods of the moors.

Both of the double rooms have a colour television, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Pets are welcome. No smoking on the premises please.

There are many fine pubs and restaurants in Walkhampton, Yelverton and Tavistock where you can obtain your evening meals or lunches.
